1. Who we are

SongFelt (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a personalised music gifting service operated from the United Kingdom. Our website is located at www.songfelt.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What we provide

SongFelt allows you to create a personalised, AI-generated song as a gift. The service consists of:

• A lyrics generation step, where your story details are used to write personalised song lyrics
• A lyrics review step, where you can read and edit the lyrics before any music is generated
• A music generation step, where your approved lyrics are turned into a full AI-generated song
• A hosted reveal page, where the song can be shared with and played by the recipient

The reveal page and song are hosted for a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase.

3. Ordering and payment

All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include any applicable taxes. The current price is £19.99 per song. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; any such change will not affect orders already placed.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed and you receive a confirmation email.

Music generation begins automatically after payment. You will receive an email with a link to the reveal page once your song is ready, typically within a few minutes.

4. Refund policy

Because music generation begins immediately after payment and the output is a unique, personalised digital product, we are generally unable to offer refunds once an order is placed.

We will issue a full refund if your song fails to generate due to a technical error on our part. If this happens, please contact us at hello@songfelt.com with your order details and we will resolve this promptly.

Refunds are not available where you are dissatisfied with the creative output, where you have provided insufficient or inaccurate story details, or where you have changed your mind after generation has completed. We encourage you to review your lyrics carefully before approving them.

5. Your content and licence

The story details, memories, and personal information you provide remain yours. By submitting them, you grant us a limited licence to use them solely for the purpose of generating your song.

The generated song (lyrics and audio) is provided to you under a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for private, non-commercial use. You may share the reveal page link and the song with friends and family. You may not sell, licence, broadcast, or otherwise commercially exploit the generated song.

You confirm that the personal details you provide about third parties (the gift recipient) are shared with their knowledge or in a context where doing so is reasonable and lawful.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use SongFelt to create content that:

• Is abusive, threatening, harassing, or hateful towards any person or group
• Contains or promotes illegal activity
• Infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party
• Is defamatory or maliciously false
• Is intended to deceive or manipulate the recipient in a harmful way

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that we reasonably believe violate these terms, without refund.

7. Availability and accuracy

We aim to deliver completed songs promptly, but we do not guarantee specific delivery times. Generation times may vary depending on demand and third-party service availability.

AI-generated lyrics and music are creative outputs and may not perfectly reflect every detail you provide. We make no guarantee about the artistic quality, accuracy, or style of the generated content beyond reasonable efforts to match your inputs.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SongFelt’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of goodwill, or emotional distress arising from the use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you have an active order, the terms in place at the time of your order apply.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of SongFelt will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
